Sales Representative:
Location: Zedapex, Workcity, Polystar Building, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos State
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Options:
- With Commission Included: Starting at ₦50,000 NGN
- Excluding Commission: Starting at ₦70,000 NGN
Requirements:
- Proven marketing and sales experience.
- Minimum qualification: OND.
- Consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Excellent negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with our industry and products is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Sales and Marketing:
- Actively engage in sales activities to promote our products and services.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed set targets.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Target Achievement:
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
- Communication Skills:
- Demonstrate effective communication skills to convey product features and benefits.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials.
- Self-Motivation:
- Proactively seek new leads and potential clients.
- Take initiative to continuously improve personal sales skills and knowledge.
- Negotiation Skills:
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally.

- Update product knowledge regularly to provide accurate information to clients.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
