- Support the creation, organization, and maintenance of technical documentation.

- Contribute to the optimization and improvement of existing processes for enhanced efficiency.
- User Services:
- Interact with end-users to provide support and address inquiries related to our renewable energy solutions.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and collaborate with the technical team for resolutions.
