Responsibilities:
- Event Planning and Execution:
- Take charge of planning and executing a diverse range of events, ensuring seamless coordination from concept to completion.
- Manage logistics, vendors, and timelines to deliver events that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Client Engagement:
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their event objectives and preferences.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on event planning, including themes, venues, and catering.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure cost-effective services without compromising quality.
- Vendor Coordination:
- Source and manage relationships with various vendors, including venues, catering, decor, and entertainment.
- Ensure vendors adhere to contractual agreements and deliver services as per specifications.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate a team of event staff to ensure cohesive and efficient execution.
- Provide direction, support, and mentorship to team members.
