Mottainai Recycling Limited, a leading player in the recycling industry, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to spearhead their impactful projects in Ibadan, Oyo.
Project Manager:
- Salary: N500,000 / month.
- Location: Ibadan, Oyo
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the recycling or environmental services industry.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Environmental Science, or a related field. (Master’s degree preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Oversee the implementation of recycling projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting professional development.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with project partners and community stakeholders.
- Budget Management:
- Create and manage project budgets, monitoring expenditures and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising project quality.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
- Conduct risk assessments for projects, identifying potential challenges and developing mitigation strategies.
- Implement proactive measures to address unforeseen issues and maintain project momentum.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare regular project status reports, detailing progress, challenges, and key milestones.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
