Job Description
- Our client is seeks to hire a General Manager with passion for kids fashion who will oversee the operations of the business, drive sales and manage staff.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, sales, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment.
- Manage inventory and ensure that all supplies are on hand.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports to management.
Requirements
- B.Sc in Business Management or any related discipline.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the fashion industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good leadership and people management.
- Passion for kids clothing and accessories.
