Position: Telesales Representatives (Full Time)

Job Description:
1. Answering all incoming phone calls on the company’s official lines.
2. Responding to emails and engaging with customers on various social media platforms.
3. Assisting customers and prospects by addressing complaints and answering inquiries via calls, email, and social media.
4. Providing detailed information about our products to customers and prospects.
5. Proactively following up on leads and prospects to achieve sales targets.
6. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
7. Utilizing a CRM system to efficiently handle and resolve customer issues and complaints while adhering to established protocols.
8. Enhancing the customer service experience, fostering customer engagement, and facilitating organic growth.
9. Ensuring accurate record-keeping and documenting all customer service activities and discussions.
10. Assisting in related customer service activities as needed.
11. Carrying out any other tasks deemed necessary or appropriate by the management in the company’s best interest.
Requirements:
– Minimum of an HND/BSc in any field.
– At least three years of experience as a sales/telesales representative.
– Experience in real estate marketing is an added advantage.
– Professional certification is an added advantage.
