As part of our commitment to diabetes treatment and control in Nigeria, we actively seek Public-Private Partnerships with government entities to effectively manage and control diabetes. Diabetes is a growing global concern, with a significant number of undiagnosed patients for every known diagnosed diabetic patient. Developing countries are projected to experience a 170% increase in cases. Since our establishment in 2004, we have been dedicated to developing our diabetes portfolio, which includes Glucodix (metformin HCL), FineTest Meter (Blood Glucose Meter), FineTest Strips, Lancet Needles, and Clover A1c (HbA1c machine). Hypertension commonly coexists with diabetes and poses a significant threat to the cardiovascular system. The risk of strokes, myocardial infarctions, heart failure, and renal failure increases in diabetic patients with hypertension. According to the 7th Joint National Committee on Prevention, Detection, Evaluation & Treatment of High Blood Pressure (JNC 7) guidelines, 20%-25% of Nigerians would be classified as hypertensive.
Position: Medical Sales Representative (Full Time)
Qualification: BA/BSc/HND in Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Scientist, or Medical Lab Scientist in any area of specialization (Histopathology, Medical Microbiology, Chemical Pathology, Histology, etc.) from a reputable university.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of medical sales experience required

Salary Range: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000/month
1. Achieve set company goals and sales targets, ensuring comprehensive coverage of business interests in the assigned territory.
2. Liaise with targeted doctors in hospitals and clinics, as well as pharmacies, utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analyses to persuade them to prescribe our products.
3. Maintain a client database of healthcare providers in both public and private sector facilities, as well as public health ministries, and establish strong business relationships with them.
4. Ensure prompt follow-up on outstanding payments and maintain low credit levels with customers.
5. Provide product information, plan and conduct clinical meetings, deliver presentations, and distribute product samples when required.
6. Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions, and relevant job-related symposia.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies, ensuring consistent marketing messaging.
8. Gather, monitor, and analyze market intelligence, competitive data, and market conditions to identify competitive advantages.
9. Assess client needs and present appropriate product recommendations.
10. Maintain accurate records and documentation for timely reporting and feedback.
Qualification & Experience:
– BSc in Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Scientist, or Medical Lab Scientist in any area of specialization (Histopathology, Medical Microbiology, Chemical Pathology, Histology, etc.) from a reputable university.
– Minimum of 1 year of medical sales experience required.
– Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as experience with an ERP solution.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, sales, presentation, and analytical skills.
– Valid driver’s license and ability to drive are COMPULSORY.
– Experience in selling medical devices is an added advantage (NOT COMPULSORY).
– Applicants must be residents in the listed locations: Lagos, Oyo, Edo/Delta, Ogun State.
N150,000.00 to N200,000.00 per month (depending on experience) + Official vehicle + Other benefits.
