Job Title: Account Officer
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
– Process accounts payable and receivable, depending on the assigned role.
– Proficiency in Dynamics Navision (ERP) for efficient financial operations.
– Utilize database software to organize and manage financial account information effectively.
– Address account inquiries from both internal and external sources promptly and accurately.
– Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure timely payment and resolve any payment-related issues.
– Ensure timely payment of company financial accounts, including credit cards.
– Perform internal audits on financial activities as necessary to maintain financial integrity.
– Review incoming and outgoing invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
– Generate financial reports for review by regulatory authorities.
– Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring proper documentation of financial transactions.
Remuneration:
N100,000 – N120,000 Monthly.
