Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement:
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, providing them with a personalized shopping experience.
  2. Sales Strategies:
    • Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
  3. Product Knowledge:
    • Acquire in-depth knowledge of our luxury products, enabling you to educate customers and make tailored recommendations.
  4. Client Acquisition:
    • Actively seek new clients and expand our customer base through targeted outreach and networking.
  5. Sales Reporting:
    • Generate and submit regular sales reports, detailing achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  6. Visual Merchandising:
    • Contribute to maintaining an attractive and visually appealing store environment, showcasing luxury products with flair.
  7. Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with fellow sales team members and other departments to ensure a cohesive and harmonious work environment.
  8. Market Trends:
    • Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to make informed sales decisions.
  9. Customer Feedback:
    • Gather and relay customer feedback to the management team, contributing to ongoing improvements in products and services.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in real estate sales
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Lagos real estate market
  • Extensive network of middle, upper-middle income earners and high net worth individuals
