As a Restaurant General Manager at Reposebay, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the overall operations of their restaurant and ensuring a delightful dining experience for their guests:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Provide strategic direction for the restaurant, aligning operations with organizational goals.
- Team Management:
- Lead and motivate the restaurant team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Customer Satisfaction:
- Ensure exceptional customer service, addressing feedback, and continuously enhancing the dining experience.
- Financial Management:
- Manage budgetary constraints, optimize costs, and contribute to the financial success of the restaurant.
- Menu Development:
- Collaborate with chefs to develop and enhance the menu, offering a diverse and appealing range of culinary delights.
- Quality Control:
- Implement and maintain high standards of quality control for food preparation, presentation, and service.
- Vendor Relations:
- Cultivate positive relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring the timely delivery of quality ingredients.

- Health and Safety Compliance:
