Elizabeth Maddeux is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketer to spearhead our online presence and drive growth through innovative digital strategies. As a Digital Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand visibility, generating leads, and maximizing conversions.

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote our short-let apartment listing, services, and brand across various online platforms.
  • Create and manage engaging content for our website, social media channels, email campaigns, and other digital channels to attract and retain customers.
  • Optimize website and landing pages for search engines (SEO) to improve organic traffic and enhance user experience.
  • Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and retargeting campaigns, to drive qualified traffic and leads.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in our digital marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, media, design, and development, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, real estate industry developments, and emerging technologies.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM software.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
