Job Summary

As a Content developer, Managing our website content (WordPress knowledge is a must) you will be at the forefront of our digital strategy, focusing on creating engaging video content for YouTube and managing our presence across various social media platforms. Your in-depth understanding of YouTube, Social Media, and business development will be instrumental in driving brand awareness, fostering engagement, and growing our online community.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive YouTube, Facebook, and other Social Media  Platforms content strategy, including ideation, scripting, filming, and editing videos that resonate with our target audience.
  • Managing our website content.
  • Optimize YouTube channel / SM content, metadata, and thumbnails to maximize visibility, reach, and audience engagement.
  • Monitor YouTube analytics, track video performance, and leverage insights to refine content strategy and optimize viewer retention and engagement.
  • Stay abreast of YouTube trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to continuously enhance our channel’s performance and growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to repurpose YouTube content for other social media platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and brand coherence.
  • Utilize YouTube and SM advertising tools to create and manage targeted ad campaigns, driving traffic, and conversions.
  • Coordinate with influencers and content creators to expand our YouTube and SM presence and reach new audiences.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our services and establish valuable connections.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies and initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to optimize performance.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and target markets.
  • Manage community engagement on Facebook, YouTube, Telegram, Instagram, Threads, X, and SM, respond to comments, messages, and feedback in a timely and authentic manner, and foster a sense of belonging among our audience.
  • Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and technologies to innovate our digital strategy and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 1 – 3 years of experience.
  • Proven experience as a YouTube content creator, social media manager, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful YouTube and Social Media campaigns and video content and proven experience in business development with a track record of successfully achieving targets and driving growth.
  • In-depth understanding of Facebook and Social Media platform’s algorithm, and best practices for content optimization, audience engagement, and growth.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret Facebook and Social Media analytics and metrics to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of the curve in digital and social media marketing.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in video production, editing, and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and captivate audiences through video content, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
