Job Description:

As the Agent Relations Officer at Accelerex Network Limited, your key responsibilities will revolve around the successful onboarding of new agents and merchants onto the RexAgent platform within the designated coverage locations.
Driving sales of all RexAgent products and services to customers will be a primary objective, aiming to achieve daily usage targets and set goals.
To ensure agent retention, you will provide first-level support to agents and merchants, addressing their transaction-related needs promptly.
Regular visitations to all agents, at least once a month, will be essential to monitor their activity, confirm their presence in the location, and discuss any additional RexAgent business requirements.
Daily monitoring and tracking of agent activity will be crucial, allowing you to follow up with agents who are not actively transacting or underperforming, thus enhancing agent retention.
Upon onboarding, you will conduct onsite training for agents and conduct monthly training and assessments during subsequent visits.
Swapping of agent terminals will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that all upgrade or downgrade processes for terminals are followed through effectively.
As issues arise, you will troubleshoot agent and terminal-related problems and escalate them to the necessary teams for prompt resolution. Quick replacement of faulty terminals will be necessary to maintain positive agent relationships.
To achieve the required revenue growth, you will play a key role in driving the business forward.
Monitoring, tracking, and managing allocated expenditure will be crucial to ensure cost-effectiveness and proper utilization of resources.
Submission of daily and weekly reports to management for review and decision-making will be part of your routine responsibilities.

Requirement:

To be considered for this role, a minimum of an OND from an accredited and reputable institution is required.
You should have a minimum of 1 year of working experience in any sales and customer-facing role, and relevant industry experience will be considered an advantage.
Effective communication skills, both oral and written, are essential for success in this position. Additionally, possessing good customer relation skills will be highly beneficial.
