Job Descriptions:

As the Sales Representative for Taghini Foods, your primary responsibility will be to present, promote, and sell our products to both existing and prospective customers. You will leverage solid arguments to effectively convey the value of our offerings.

To ensure customer satisfaction, you will conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis for existing and potential customers, tailoring solutions to meet their specific requirements. Building and maintaining positive business relationships with clients will also be crucial to your success in this role.

As part of your sales strategy, you’ll proactively reach out to potential customers through cold calling. Timely payment collections will be an essential aspect of your responsibilities to maintain a smooth business operation.

Resolving customer problems and complaints in a swift and satisfactory manner will be pivotal in maximizing customer satisfaction. Your goal will be to achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the given schedule.

Collaboration with other team members and departments will be necessary to ensure a cohesive and efficient sales effort. Additionally, you will analyze the potential of your territory/market, keeping track of sales performance and preparing status reports.

Supplying management with comprehensive reports on customer needs, issues, interests, as well as monitoring competitive activities and identifying opportunities for new products and services will be integral to enhancing our market presence.

Continuous improvement is encouraged in this role, and feedback will be a key component in your professional development.


To be eligible for this position, you should possess a B.Sc/HND in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field. Additionally, you should have at least 2 – 4 years of sales experience, demonstrating your ability to meet and surpass sales quotas.

A proven track record in effectively managing customer relationships and excellent interpersonal skills will be highly advantageous. Your self-motivation, along with strong verbal and written communication skills, will contribute to your success in this dynamic role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a working knowledge of CRM systems will be beneficial in managing sales-related tasks efficiently.
