Utilize scripts and sales pitches provided by the company to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and address customer inquiries.
Identify and qualify leads through proactive outreach and engagement, understanding their financial needs, challenges, and goals.
Provide personalized recommendations and solutions to prospects based on their financial profiles and preferences.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including contact details, preferences, and feedback, in the CRM system.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas, consistently meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships, address concerns, and close sales opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, promotions, and strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market.
Adhere to all regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and company policies while conducting telemarketing activities.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles within the financial services or FinTech industry preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner and must have good intonation.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with customers over the phone.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with financial products, services, and terminology, including banking, payments, investments, and budgeting.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track performance, and generate reports.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation.
