To procure, store, and issue supplies in a supply operation; process and maintain inventory records; modify and implement inventory control and disposal procedures; perform related work.
Key performance areas:
Maintain accurate inventory records
Receive and inspect deliveries of goods, ensuring they match delivery orders
Organize and store products in a way that maximizes efficiency and accessibility
Regular stock checking and reporting of any discrepancies and reconciliation with the inventory control manager.
Maintenance of quality and HSE standards at the workplace
Monitor and maintenance of warehouse facilities.
Updating checklist, temperature recording
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed
They have to maintain all the records of all the invoices, picked and supplied.
Updating of bin cards daily.

Degree in any Field (B.Sc. / H.N.D).
0-3 years prior related position experience required.
Proven experience in effectively managing and optimizing inventory across large-scale operations.
Relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
