Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Take professional-style images for the brand’s social media pages
  • Create eye-catching, trendy videos for the brand
  • Design campaign flyers for events (Valentine, Christmas, Karaoke, etc.)
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in the media space
  • Encourage engagement on the restaurant’s social media profiles
  • Respond to customers’ interactions in a timely manner
  • Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Requirements

  •  A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field is typically required.
  • Previous experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles is usually required.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube. Familiarity with each platform’s features, algorithms, and best practices for content creation, engagement, and advertising.
  • Proficiency in creating engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including images, videos, graphics, and written copy. Knowledge of graphic design, video editing, and photography may be beneficial.
  • Ability to monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner. Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle both positive and negative feedback effectively.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, Google Analytics) to track and analyze key performance metrics, measure the success of social media campaigns, and generate reports for stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and execute social media strategies that align with overall marketing objectives and target audience demographics. Experience in setting goals, defining target KPIs, and implementing tactics to achieve desired outcome
