Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive partnerships strategy to identify and engage potential donors, funding agencies, and strategic partners aligned with organizational objectives.

Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and acquired stakeholders including donors, funding agencies, government entities, corporations, and non-profits.
- Create compelling and clear business proposals and funding applications that effectively communicate the organization’s mission, impact, and funding needs to potential partners and donors.
- Devise strategic plans and events to enhance fundraising efforts, executing campaigns across relevant channels to meet fundraising goals.
- Expertly execute fundraising campaigns across relevant channels in order to meet the organization’s fundraising goals and targets
- Collaborate with finance and senior management on financial forecasting, revenue generation, and communication strategies for stakeholders.

Stay informed about emerging trends and policy developments, attending relevant meetings, conferences, and events to network with potential partners and donors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a relevant field. Additional certifications in Sales, Marketing, Project Management (such as PMP), or related areas would be an advantage.
- At least 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving growth and forging strong partnerships.
- Proven ability to identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and opportunities that align with the mission and goals of The IREDE Foundation and skilled in developing and implementing business development strategies to expand the organization’s reach, impact, and sustainability.
- Extensive experience in designing and executing successful fundraising campaigns and initiatives within the non-profit sector. Proficient in utilizing various fundraising channels, including individual giving, corporate partnerships, events, grants, and online platforms, to generate revenue and support organizational objectives.
- Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with donors, sponsors, supporters, and other key stakeholders.
