Marchforte Home is seeking two skilled receptionists to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, receptionists play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to adhere to employer’s dress code standards
- Age between 27 to 35 years
- Reside within Ogba, Ikeja, Ojodu Berger, Omole, or nearby areas
- Proficient in computer usage, including Microsoft Office applications
- Previous experience in accounting is an advantage for maintaining financial records
