Collaborate with the Project Manager to manage project lifecycles, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Conduct stakeholder engagement activities to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure project alignment.
Assist in developing project scope statements, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and project plans using relevant methodologies
Apply quality management principles throughout the project lifecycle.
Track progress, monitor risks, and identify issues proactively.
Identify good fit grants and develop the necessary content for the grant application on time by answering questions, reviewing language, interpreting the requirements, and processing submissions when required and approved.
Coordinate quality control checks and review all grant material.
Build and nurture relationships with grant-making organizations, Foundations, and other relevant stakeholders.
Stay informed about trends and developments in the grant funding landscape and adjust grant-seeking strategies accordingly.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather the necessary financial, programmatic, and impact data for reporting to grantors.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management or a related field.
1 – 2 years of experience in project management within the Non-Profit Sector
Proven experience in grant and proposal writing.
Proficiency in project management methodologies.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
