Job Summary
As our Project Manager, you will play a vital role in planning, executing, and overseeing construction projects related to roads and bridges.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including project scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation, and create project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for each project.
- Possesses specialized knowledge in road and bridge construction, including construction methods, materials, and relevant regulations, and oversees the construction of roads, bridges, and related infrastructure projects.
- Ensure all roadworks and bridge construction adheres to design specifications and meets industry standards and safety regulations and implement quality control processes and inspection
- Monitor project costs and expenditures, control financial performance address cost overruns, and implement cost-saving measures
Requirements
- BSC in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent. MBA/M.Sc. is an added advantage.
- Minimum 7 years project Manager in roadworks and bridge construction projects with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- In-depth knowledge of road and bridge construction techniques, materials, and best practices.
- Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is an added advantage.
