Job Summary
HRonwheels, a company in the Engineering space, is seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Project Manager at our fintech company, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects aimed at developing innovative solutions to address societal challenges.

Responsibilities
The candidate’s responsibilities may include inter alia:
- Project Planning: Lead the planning phase of projects, defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Identify project stakeholders and establish effective communication to ensure alignment and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Team Leadership: Manage and motivate cross-functional teams, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure project goals are met.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues and challenges to minimize impact on project delivery.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial constraints to optimize resource utilization.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes and standards to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Change Management: Facilitate change management processes, managing project scope changes and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains, driving innovation and excellence in project delivery.
Requirements
- A University degree;(including or similar to the following disciplines): Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, such as fintech or technology industry.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the fintech industry or related field.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions
- Knowledge of financial services, technology trends, and regulatory requirements in the fintech sector.
