Determine project specifications and acquire the necessary materials for completion.
Develop scope and parameters for project design and implementation. Identify project responsibilities, delegating phases, and elements to the appropriate personnel.

QUALIFICATIONS:
B.Eng. and a master’s degree in civil engineering or a closely related field.
8+ years of experience in construction management with a demonstrated track record of managing complex building projects.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software such as AutoCAD, Circuit Design, and MS Project.
Familiarity with processes for engineering change requests (ECR) and engineering change orders (ECO).
