Job Summary

Lanister Business Consult is a dynamic organization dedicated to business solutions and consultation as well as Training to empower upcoming Project managers and business analysts. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant with a strong background in marketing to support our executive team and contribute to our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

Administrative Support: 

  • Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the executive.
  • Organize and maintain files and documents.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

Travel Coordination: 

  • Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Prepare travel expense reports.

Meeting Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared.
  • Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.

Marketing Support

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform marketing efforts.
  • Create and manage content for social media platforms and company website.
  • Assist with the preparation of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and presentations.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Event Planning

  • Coordinate and organize company events, conferences, and workshops.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and guest invitations

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
  • Experience in event planning and coordination.
