Job Summary

Our company is seeking a Front Desk Officer who will serve as the first point of contact for our organization to offer administrative support across the organization, streamline office operations, and coordinate support staff. The ideal candidate must possess a pleasant personality and be able to execute all administrative tasks to the highest standards.


  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately.
  • Maintaining the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
  • Performing clerical duties such as printing, photocopying, and taking minutes of meetings.
  • Scheduling meetings, client visits, and company events.
  • Receiving, sorting, and filing paperwork and daily mail.
  • Monitoring and logging office expenses and costs.
  • Ordering office supplies when needed.
  • Maintaining up-to-date records and files.
  • Assisting in general administrative tasks.


  • A degree from a higher institution.
  • Female, preferably from Northern Nigeria.
  • A minimum of two years of proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to operate scanners, copiers, and printers.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Time-management skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to deal with emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive.
