Job Description
Responsibilities:
Staff Management:
- Lead, motivate, and schedule staff, including bartenders, servers, security personnel, and maintenance workers.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities.
- Handle staff relations and disciplinary actions.
Operations and Facilities:
- Oversee all aspects of club operations, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and licensing requirements.
- Manage inventory control for food, beverages, and supplies.
- Develop and implement systems to maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the facilities.
- Manage budgets and identify cost-saving measures.
Customer Service:
- Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all members or guests.
- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
Event Management:
- Assist in planning and executing events, including booking entertainment, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth event flow.
Security and Compliance:
- Work with security personnel to maintain a safe and secure environment for staff and patrons.
- Ensure compliance with all local and state laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in club lounge operations, hospitality management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in budgeting, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Must be socially/social media inclined person.
