JOB SUMMARY :
The Operations Manager ensures smooth and efficient running of the day to day activities of a business by optimizing processes and procedures that meet customer expectations in a cost effective manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and implement strategies that drives operational efficiency
- Maintain constant communication with management, staff and vendors as needed
- Ensure smooth running of operations in a standard cost effective way
- Examine financial data as necessary to design plans to increase profitability
- Support in recruitment and training of staff
- Carry out proper staff supervision
- Perform quality control
- Formulate processes and procedures
- Manage budget and forecast
- Improve existing operational management systems
- Oversee office management, inventory and procurement
- Constant improvement of customer service
- Ensure timely delivery of all operational activities
- Work closely with external teams as needed
- Prepare well-documented reports and analysis of data gathered
- Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum of a B.Sc degree in business, IT, Business or related field
- At least 2 years work experience in related field.
- Experience in conflict management and negotiation
- Proven ability in successfully managing a budget
- Strong IT skills and background
