Support and lead manufacturing work practices including 5s, AM, and problem-solving to drive continuous improvement activity at the site.
Be accountable for maintaining and reporting the progress against the Princes Manufacturing System (PMS) for EOL ensuring at all times alignment with the objectives of the business.
Performing a detailed gap analysis across site processes, performance, and operational plans affecting any aspect of the manufacturing process.
Creating a culture of best practices and continuous improvement that focuses on the elimination of waste in all forms.
