Job Responsibilities
- Receive inquiries and provide relevant information to customers
- Attend to customer orders via phone calls and social media platforms
- Handle customer service issues and escalate them to the proper authority
- Follow up on queries and give feedback to clients
- Collect client feedback for management
- Update client records
- Track and document calls and sales
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a similar role.
- Good understanding of customer service best practices.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
