PURPOSE
To ensure that all the mechanical systems and equipment in our facilities operate efficiently and optimally.
About Job
- Carry out preventive maintenance programs/checks at regular intervals and act preventively to avoid situations that may compromise the proper functioning of machinery and equipment.
- Ensure that maintenance is performed according to a schedule, in conjunction with the maintenance planner to sustain or improve equipment’s overall efficiency.
- Perform post-maintenance functional tests and checks to verify that the maintenance action was successful before handing it over to the production team and sign off.
- Responsible for documenting maintenance operations (e.g. keeping a log of maintenance activities, gathering data and preparing reports on repairs carried out, frequent breakdowns, and routine checks) and reporting to a Supervisor/Technical Manager.

- Good knowledge of mechanical engineering designs, installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Great organizational and time management abilities.
- Have good mechanical aptitude.
QUALIFICATION
- O’ Level WAEC/NECO/NABTEB/Trade Test.
- An OND Certificate in Science will be an added advantage.
- 2 years of cognate experience.
