  • Sales and Market Representatives creating more demands for our products
  • Meeting up with an estimated weekly and monthly sales target


  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, preferences, and trends. Analyze market data and competitive intelligence to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Target Audience Identification: Define target audience segments based on demographics, psychographics, and behavior. Develop buyer personas to guide marketing efforts and messaging.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives, such as increasing brand awareness, driving customer acquisition, or generating leads. Set measurable goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress.
  • Brand Management: Manage and maintain the organization’s brand identity, positioning, and messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints. Ensure consistency in branding and messaging to build brand equity and recognition.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels and platforms. Monitor campaign performance, track metrics, and optimize tactics to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and capture potential customers. Qualify leads, nurture prospects, and support the sales team in converting leads into customers.
  • Marketing Analytics: Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Use data insights to make data-driven decisions, optimize strategies, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure consistency in messaging and branding.


  • Education: A bachelor’s degree/HND/OND  in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field is typically required.
  • Marketing Experience: Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or related roles is usually required
  • Creativity: Strong creative skills and the ability to develop innovative ideas, concepts, and campaigns that resonate with target audiences and differentiate the brand from competitors.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and draw actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively communicating ideas, concepts, and messages to target audiences and stakeholders.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills to plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns and initiatives within budget and timeline constraints.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Adaptability: Adaptability to evolving market trends, consumer preferences, and technological advancements in the marketing landscape. Willingness to learn and acquire new skills as needed.
