Develop long-term strategies to enhance equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
Leading and driving cross-functional teams to implement lean practices and continuous improvement projects.
Evaluating and adopting new technologies and methodologies to enhance maintenance efficiency.
Establishing goals and targets to drive continuous improvement in equipment uptime, maintenance costs, and other critical metrics.
Maintenance of Blister, Sealing, Filling & Mixing, and Batch Coding machines.
Planning and coordinating the maintenance activities to ensure effective and timely repairs.
Collaborating with production and operations teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimum disruption to production schedules.
Implementing predictive maintenance techniques and condition monitoring to optimize maintenance practices.
Conducting root cause analyses for equipment failures and implementing corrective and preventive measures.
Knowledge of generator maintenance
Determining optimal inventory levels to minimize downtime and costs while ensuring the availability of critical parts.
Establishing relationships with suppliers and negotiating contracts to procure spare parts efficiently.
Identifying cost-saving opportunities through efficient resource allocation, vendor negotiations, and optimized maintenance practices
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field). Masters is an added advantage.
At least 10–15 years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical or Food/Beverage industry.
Relevant certifications in maintenance management are advantageous.
Extensive experience in maintenance management in a production or manufacturing environment, with a solid understanding of production processes, equipment reliability, and maintenance strategies.
