Job Description

Job Summary

  • To work across Product teams as an Associate product manager by providing
  • Product Research & analysis support, enhanced and new product/feature launches, and effective Go-To-Market implementation as well as product performance support, to achieve product-market fit while also exceeding business outcomes and Business strategy (grow revenue, new market penetration and market share).

Key Responsibilities

  • Awareness of the market dynamics, competitors, and changing customer needs.
  • Define product initiatives as minor/major features & contribute to major features and optimizations of existing ones, incorporating them into product roadmaps.
  • Participate & contribute to product discovery
  • Gathering product data, including web analytics, statistics, and consumer trends
  • Stay abreast of market insights & competitor product
  • Conduct user research consumer research data and record product defects
  • Analyzing consumer research data and recording product defects
  • Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs
  • Analyze metrics that inform the success of products and provide regular reporting and analytics to monitor key product trends and performance.
  • Track and report on product KPI, SLO, Goals & Metrics
  • Track and report on Market share in comparison to competitors and customer feedback drawing trends and insights to enable data-driven decision making.
  • Gathering product data, including web analytics, statistics, customer complaints, consumer trends, etc
  • Own the product backlog (i.e. continually manage, refine, and prioritize the backlog based on customer value and overall product & company strategy.)
  • Develop detailed product feature requirements and ensure they are clearly understood by relevant teams
  • Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to effectively build, launch, commercialize, and communicate new product features.
  • Coordinate product demonstrations of new functionality to stakeholders, and customers & solicit feedback.
  • Work with other Associate Product Managers to enhance the delivery of cross-product functionality.
