To work across Product teams as an Associate product manager by providing
Product Research & analysis support, enhanced and new product/feature launches, and effective Go-To-Market implementation as well as product performance support, to achieve product-market fit while also exceeding business outcomes and Business strategy (grow revenue, new market penetration and market share).
Key Responsibilities
Awareness of the market dynamics, competitors, and changing customer needs.
Define product initiatives as minor/major features & contribute to major features and optimizations of existing ones, incorporating them into product roadmaps.
Participate & contribute to product discovery
Gathering product data, including web analytics, statistics, and consumer trends
Stay abreast of market insights & competitor product
Conduct user research consumer research data and record product defects
Analyzing consumer research data and recording product defects
Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs
Analyze metrics that inform the success of products and provide regular reporting and analytics to monitor key product trends and performance.
Track and report on product KPI, SLO, Goals & Metrics
Track and report on Market share in comparison to competitors and customer feedback drawing trends and insights to enable data-driven decision making.
Gathering product data, including web analytics, statistics, customer complaints, consumer trends, etc
Own the product backlog (i.e. continually manage, refine, and prioritize the backlog based on customer value and overall product & company strategy.)
Develop detailed product feature requirements and ensure they are clearly understood by relevant teams
Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to effectively build, launch, commercialize, and communicate new product features.
Coordinate product demonstrations of new functionality to stakeholders, and customers & solicit feedback.
Work with other Associate Product Managers to enhance the delivery of cross-product functionality.
