Job Description

Maintaining updated records of bookings and payments
Registration of guest, and distribute keys.
Checking guest in and out of the room
Serving as the hotel first point of contact, responding to guest complain in timely and efficient manner.
Work with the housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean and tidy.
Answers all questions relating to types of rooms and its amenities.

Educational Background:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally and courteously with guests, colleagues, and management.
Customer service skills:
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests effectively.
Organizational Skills:
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail in handling reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
Computer Skills:
- Proficiency in using hotel management software, reservation systems, and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Familiarity with electronic key card systems.
Professional Appearance:
- Neat and professional appearance.
- Adherence to the hotel’s dress code and grooming standards.
Problem-Solving Skills:
- Ability to handle unexpected situations, and guest complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
Knowledge of Hotel Services:
- Familiarity with hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Understanding of hotel policies, procedures, and emergency protocols.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with other hotel staff and departments.
- Ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
