Salve Consulting Limited in the beauty industry, located in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos is looking to hire a Hospitality Manager. This is a full-time on-site role for a Hospitality Manager located in Lagos. We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hospitality Manager to oversee the operations of a spa facility. The Hospitality Manager will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing the front desk staff, coordinating spa services, and maintaining a welcoming and tranquil environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing outstanding hospitality services.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa facility, including managing the front desk staff, scheduling appointments, and coordinating spa services.
- Ensure that all guests receive a warm welcome and exceptional service from arrival to departure.
- Train, mentor, and supervise front desk staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels of spa products and supplies, and coordinate orders as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a prompt and professional manner.
- Draft proposals to potential clients on Spa offerings
- Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
- Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing spa environment at all times.
- Collaborate with other spa staff, including massage therapists, estheticians, and wellness practitioners, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Implement and enforce safety and sanitation protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners.
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality management, preferably in a spa or wellness environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.
- Proficiency in computer software programs, including spa management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness practices, and holistic therapies is a plus.
