Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, arrange travel, and handle correspondence.
- Communication: Act as a primary point of contact, screen calls, respond to emails on behalf of the executive.
- Information Management: Organize files, documents, and databases; conduct research and compile reports.
- Project Coordination: Assist in managing projects, coordinate tasks, and track progress.
- Gatekeeping: Control access to the executive, screen visitors, and filter incoming communications.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
- Problem Solving: Address issues, troubleshoot problems, and find creative solutions.
- Relationship Management: Coordinate meetings, follow up on action items, and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Prioritization: Help the executive set goals, manage deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
- Adaptability: Be flexible, handle various tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications and Skill Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc. from a reputable institution
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
