Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, door-to-door visits, networking events, and referrals to generate leads and opportunities for sales.
  • Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the products or services offered by the company, including features, benefits, pricing, and competitive advantages, to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase products or services, address customer needs and objections, and persuade potential customers to make a purchase.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized service, addressing inquiries and concerns, and offering ongoing support and assistance throughout the sales process.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with customers to secure sales agreements and close deals. Overcome objections, handle rejections, and persistently pursue opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, including leads, contacts, meetings, and outcomes, using CRM software or other designated systems. Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance to management.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence and feedback from customers regarding competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and market trends to inform sales strategies and product development efforts.
  • Compliance and Ethics: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
  • Qualification: BSc, HND, NCE, or OND qualification.
  • 0–2 years of work experience.
  • Age: Not more than 35 years of age.
