Responsibilities:
The Chief Operating Officer is in charge of:
- Creating a work environment where every staff member’s need for self-actualisation is met.
- Making sure all company policies are implemented, and organizational goals and objectives are met.
- Leading the company and fronting product brands, building trust, and inspiring confidence.
- Liaising with the company’s brands and ensuring every guest has the best experience when they visit.
- Supporting staff members in their various roles, including stepping in and helping out, when and where needed.
Requirements:

- Computer literate.
- Possess a good command of the English language.
- Speak, read, and write any of the main indigenous languages in Nigeria: Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa.
