Duties / Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the kitchen team to consistently create and deliver exceptional dishes
- Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Develop innovative menus
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control measures to optimize profitability while maintaining the highest standards of quality
- Collaborate with management to develop and execute special events, promotions, and menu tastings to enhance the guest experience
- Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients.
- Prepare food in a timely manner
- Ensure appealing plate presentation.
- Monitor food stock and place orders.
- Check the freshness of food and discard out-of-date items.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 6 years of work experience.
- Candidate must know how to make sandwiches and parfait
