- Understanding the vision, goal and milestones of Cashir
- Identifying opportunities in target markets for Cashir to plug into
- Creating marketing campaigns and activities
- Coming up with social media content and creative ideas for publicity
- Generating leads through interaction with prospective users or investors and networking at trade shows and events
- Creating ideas/strategies on how to develop and nurture relationships with key users
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
- Keeping up with the latest industry developments, including market positioning of corporate competitors
- Assessing users needs and the ability of our solution to meet those needs
- Developing marketing milestones that align with the organisational milestone for the year
- Manage marketers, administrative staff and social media personnel
- Following up with new leads and referrals generated from the sales team
- Preparing status reports on goals
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc. / HND in a relevant field
- 2+ years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to speak fluently
- Ability to collaborate and coordinate team members
- Good negotiation and persuasion skill
- Must have a creative and adaptive mindset
- Must have a valid ID card
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be tech-savvy
- Must be proficient in microsoft office suites and other basic soft packages
- Must have a smartphone (minimum of 3GB RAM).
