Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish new business opportunities.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Developing relationships with potential customers and negotiating and closing deals.
- Continuing to manage accounts effectively.
- Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Generate leads and qualifying prospects.
- Achieve sales targets.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree/HND in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA or Masters serve as an added advantage.
- Successful previous experience as a B2B sales manager in the Food & Beverage Industry, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Minimum of four (4) years experience in B2B sales
