  • Supervise and coordinate daily administrative activities
  • Manage office records and ensure proper documentation
  • Handle logistics, including inventory management and procurement
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
  • Assist in marketing efforts and promotional activities
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills to motivate and guide team members
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management


  • HND or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least second class upper
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven relevant administrative, sales, and customer service experience
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail
  • Experience, certification or skill in business management and economics
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive with a high level of initiative
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of graphic design and social media navigation
  • Warm and pleasurable personality
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
