Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily administrative activities
- Manage office records and ensure proper documentation
- Handle logistics, including inventory management and procurement
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
- Assist in marketing efforts and promotional activities
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills to motivate and guide team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least second class upper
- Minimum of 2 years of proven relevant administrative, sales, and customer service experience
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail
- Experience, certification or skill in business management and economics
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Proactive with a high level of initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of graphic design and social media navigation
- Warm and pleasurable personality
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
