Build and nurture strong relationships with assigned clients.
Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, needs, and concerns.
Understand clients’ business objectives and provide strategic guidance to meet their goals.
Account Growth:
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Collaborate with the sales team to expand the scope of services provided to clients.
Achieve revenue growth targets through effective account management.
Client Retention:
Proactively address client concerns to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Monitor client satisfaction through regular check-ins and surveys.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention rates.
Project Coordination:
Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products/services to clients.
Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication.
Strategic Planning:
Stay informed about industry trends and client needs to provide proactive and strategic recommendations.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on account status and project progress.
Conduct research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Conflict Resolution:
Address and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of client issues.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
Strong writing and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and articulate technical terms.
Ability to manage multiple clients’ accounts.
A good understanding of the UK culture and possible educational background from the UK.
Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets and fostering client satisfaction.
Relevant experience working in a digital agency will be an added advantage
