Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other financial laws.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Management of bank accounts
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
