Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, outreach, and marketing efforts.
- Pitch and sell logistics solutions to businesses, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and exploring upsell opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand market reach and partnerships.
- Work closely with internal teams (operations, marketing, product) to align efforts and ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Track and report on sales performance, providing insights on market trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 – 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in logistics or technology.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and close deals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients.
