Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, outreach, and marketing efforts.
  • Pitch and sell logistics solutions to businesses, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and exploring upsell opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand market reach and partnerships.
  • Work closely with internal teams (operations, marketing, product) to align efforts and ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Track and report on sales performance, providing insights on market trends and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in logistics or technology.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and close deals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients.
