Minimum Requirements:
- Hold a degree in International Development, Education, Social Work, or a related field.
- Possess a minimum of 1 year of Post NYSC experience in a similar role within the NGO sector.
Responsibilities
- Offer direct support to the Project Director in the effective implementation of all programmatic initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of comprehensive work plans and budgets to ensure project success.
- Play a key role in planning and coordinating workshops and meetings for optimal program outcomes.
- Collate and harmonize monthly activity reports to facilitate thorough program monitoring.
- Take the initiative in developing and meticulously tracking the monthly activity calendar.
- Provide crucial programmatic support to the technical team, aiding in the achievement of project goals.
- Extend logistical and administrative support during program meetings to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in the compilation of reports and contribute to the creation of success stories derived from project activities.
- Undertake any additional tasks as assigned to ensure the overall success of the program.
