On the ground, Pact works in conjunction with Nigerian ministries and civil society organizations dedicated to advocacy, democracy promotion, and health improvement.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Hold a degree in International Development, Education, Social Work, or a related field.
  2. Possess a minimum of 1 year of Post NYSC experience in a similar role within the NGO sector.

Responsibilities

  1. Offer direct support to the Project Director in the effective implementation of all programmatic initiatives.
  2. Contribute to the development of comprehensive work plans and budgets to ensure project success.
  3. Play a key role in planning and coordinating workshops and meetings for optimal program outcomes.
  4. Collate and harmonize monthly activity reports to facilitate thorough program monitoring.
  5. Take the initiative in developing and meticulously tracking the monthly activity calendar.
  6. Provide crucial programmatic support to the technical team, aiding in the achievement of project goals.
  7. Extend logistical and administrative support during program meetings to ensure smooth operations.
  8. Assist in the compilation of reports and contribute to the creation of success stories derived from project activities.
  9. Undertake any additional tasks as assigned to ensure the overall success of the program.
