Job Description

  • We are seeking to recruit a Digital Channel Sales Officer who will be responsible for driving sales revenue by marketing the bank’s Digital product such as internet banking, mobile App,/USSD services, POS terminals, etc.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage and optimize digital channels to improve customer engagement and adoption rates.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize sales performance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities leveraging digital channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, -competitor’s offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of products and services.
  •  Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or digital channels or related experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and techniques.
  • Results-driven and target-oriented
  • Strong work ethic and time management skills.
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
