Job Summary
- As our Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll handle customer queries, analyze data for retention strategies, and manage multiple communication channels. This role is essential in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, developing data-driven strategies, and maintaining effective communication across various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels including phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media direct messages, providing timely and helpful information.
- Collect and analyze customer data to identify trends, develop retention strategies, and create regular reports on key metrics.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently, maintaining detailed records of all interactions.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries across various platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and message and collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve customer experience based on data insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and CRM software.
- Proficiency in multi-channel communication platforms and social media management tools.
