Health Program Manager
- Salary: N595,000 per month

Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership: Provide strategic leadership in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of health programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a dynamic team of healthcare professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the delivery of high-quality healthcare services, adhering to international standards and best practices.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with local communities to understand healthcare needs, promote health education, and ensure community participation in program activities.
- Budget Management: Work closely with the finance team to manage program budgets effectively, optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Implement robust monitoring and evaluation systems to track program outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and ensure accountability.
- Coordination: Collaborate with other humanitarian agencies, local authorities, and stakeholders to enhance the effectiveness of health programs and promote synergies.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on program activities, progress, and challenges, providing timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Capacity Building: Develop and implement capacity-building initiatives for program staff, ensuring continuous professional development.
